Peter Fischer (journalist, 1943)
Peter Fischer (born May 29, 1943 in Suhl ; † June 1, 2012 in Achim ) was a German journalist and writer.
Life
Peter Fischer studied in Halle and East Berlin . After almost 10 months of pre-trial detention in Berlin-Pankow, he was sentenced on November 15, 1974 for political reasons to three years and 6 months and was imprisoned in Cottbus until his release to the Federal Republic of Germany on June 6, 1975. From 1975 he worked in West Berlin and later in Hamburg as a journalist. In 2004, his first novel, Der Schein , was published, the first part of a planned trilogy. For his two poems "Zeitfragen" and "Begehren", which were published in January 2008 in the literary magazine "Dulzinea" and which were bundled with other poems in the volume "Ananke", Peter Fischer received the "Dulzinealyrikpreis" 2008.
