Career

Peter Frühsammer spent his childhood in the grandparents' country inn near Heidenheim . In 1974 he went to the Hotel Paradies in Stockach to train as a chef . In 1979 he started in the star kitchen of Hugo Schwall's artist bar in Karlsruhe and then in 1980 in the Burg Windeck restaurant in Bühl (Baden) with Peter Wehlauer (two Michelin stars). In 1990 he set up an extensive Galloway breed in the south of Berlin. In 1996 the Frühsammers separated and the restaurant An der Rehwiese was closed. The existing catering company Servino was then continued by himself; the cattle breeding was sold.

In 1998 he met his current wife Sonja Frühsammer , who also worked in the catering company. Sonja took over the kitchen more and more. In 2007 the two married. In the Grunewald tennis club , the Servino's regular catering customer , they opened the “Frühsammers Restaurant” with Peter Frühsammer as host and sommelier, while his wife and his wife took over the kitchen.
