Sonja Frühsammer

Sonja Frühsammer (* 9. May 1969 in Adelaide ( Australia ) as Sonja Ball ) is a German cook.

Career

Sonja Frühsammer was born in Australia. Her parents come from Berlin, the mother was a dance therapist, the father a carpenter. In 1973 the family returned to Berlin. Frühsammer graduated from the Erich-Hoepner-Gymnasium in Charlottenburg.

She learned to cook at Siemens and later cooked for Karl Wannemacher in the Alt Luxemburg restaurant . In 1998 she set up the catering company Servino with the star chef Peter Frühsammer (* 1959) .

In 2005 she became head chef in the gastronomy of the Grunewalder tennis club. In 2007 she married Peter Frühsammer and founded the Frühsammers Restaurant with him under the kitchen management of Sonja Frühsammer and Peter Frühsammer as hosts.

Sonja Frühsammer cooks with a Mediterranean and Asian touch.

Private life

Frühsammer has two children from his first marriage, born in 1994 and 1996.
