Peter Wehlauer
Peter Wehlauer (* 1942 in Bühl ; † March 31, 2010 ) was a German chef .
Career
In the 1970s, Wehlauer was head chef at the Parkhotel Wehrle in Triberg . In the mid-1980s he managed the Burg Windeck restaurant in Bühl, where he was awarded two Michelin stars .
In the late 1980s, he ran the Bühlerhöhe restaurants near Bühl and Schloss Fuschl in Salzburg , both of which were owned by the Max Grundig Foundation. In the 1990s he managed the Hotel Badischer Hof in Bühl, and later his own restaurant Wehlauer's Papalangi in Baden-Baden .
