Peter Hahn (racing driver)
Peter J. Hahn (born June 27, 1909 in Cologne , † December 10, 1991 in Ventura , California ) was an American racing driver of German origin.
Career
Hahn received a cockpit from Helin in 1952 for the Indianapolis 500 , which was part of the Formula 1 world championship that year . He competed in a Snowberger - Offenhauser and failed to qualify. Hahn mainly drove sports car races. Among other things, he started the Carrera Panamericana in 1952 .
