Peter Liesenfeld

Peter Liesenfeld (born June 3, 1966 in St. Goar ) is a German chef .

Career

After training in Oberwesel , Liesenfeld moved to the Rheinhotel Bellevue in Boppard in 1985 and then to the Rebstock-Stube restaurant in Denzlingen . From 1987 to 1989 he went to Switzerland to the Hotel Albeina in Klosters , then to the Hotel Walserhof at the same location .

In 1990 he started as a sous-chef at the Hummerstübchen restaurant in Düsseldorf . From 1991 to the end of 2012 he worked there, together with owner Peter Nöthel , as head chef. From 1991 to 2012 the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars , in 2013 one. The Gault Millau gave the Hummerstübchen 18 points, in 2012 there were 17 points. At the end of 2012, the lobster room closed .

Since March 2013 Peter Liesenfeld has been working as head chef in the Landwirtschaft restaurant in Willich - Schiefbahn .
