Peter Ling

Peter Ling (* 27. May 1926 in Croydon , Surrey , England ; † 14. September 2006 in Hastings , East Sussex , England) was an English editor for the television and a writer .

Ling began writing in the Army during World War II . Success on the radio made him an editor. He later worked on the creation of several series, such as the soap Opera Compact , and wrote screenplays for the television series Mit Schirm, Charme und Melone and Doctor Who , before creating the new soap Opera Crossroads .

In the last few years of his life he published several novels, such as The Mind Robber for Target Books .
