Peter Ortner (politician)

Peter Ortner (born February 13, 1937 in Spittal an der Drau ) is a former Austrian politician ( FPÖ ) and notary. Ortner was a member of the National Council from 1983 to 1984 .

After elementary school, Ortner attended middle school, which he graduated with the Matura in 1955. He then studied law at the Universities of Graz and Innsbruck , completed his legal practice and was a notary candidate in Villach , Ebendorf and Arnoldstein . From 1969 Ortner worked as a notary in Winklern . Ortner was a member of the FPÖ from 1978 and was a councilor in Winklern. He also held the internal party function of a member of the regional party executive of the FPÖ Carinthia and the district chairman of the FPÖ Spittal an der Drau. Ortner represented the FPÖ from June 15, 1983 to October 12, 1984 Member of the National Council.
