Peter Terna Suswam (born September 5, 1991 in Konshisha ) is a Nigerian football player who has been under contract with the Polish club Stal Rzeszów since 2014 .

Career

Peter Suswam played for Taraba FC in his youth until he moved to Wikki Tourists in 2007 . After he spent the years 2007 and 2008 there, he switched to the league competitors, the Lobi Stars . After two seasons in which he was used occasionally, he made the leap to Europe in 2011 to the Portuguese club Vitória Setúbal . On August 29, 2011, he made his league game debut in the 1-0 loss to Sporting Braga . After the end of the 2013 season, the contract was not renewed. From January 2014 to July 2014 Suswam played for the Albanian club FK Kukësi . The Nigerian has been under contract with Stal Rzeszów since September 4, 2014 .

National team

In April 2010 Suswam was appointed to the expanded squad for the 2010 Soccer World Cup in South Africa . On May 25, he played his first senior international match in the friendly against Saudi Arabia .

In 2011 he took the 20 national U-Nigerian at the 2011 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Colombia in part. There he reached the quarter-finals with his team and played all five games during the tournament, with a 5-2 victory in the group stage over Croatia, Suswam scored the interim 2-0.

Between 2011 and 2014 Suswam made six appearances in the Nigerian U23 selection. Since 2014 he has played in two games for the Nigerian national soccer team (as of January 31, 2015).
