Peter Verow (born May 20, 1953 in Durham ) is a former English squash player .

Career

Peter Verow was active as a squash player from the early 1970s to the late 1980s.

With the British national team he took part in the World Cup in 1979 and became world champion with her. In the final against Pakistan he was victorious in his game against Fahim Gul in five sets. At European championships he was with the national team five times European champion between 1974 and 1982 .

In 1976 he was once in the main field of the individual world championships. There he reached the round of 16. He won the British championship in 1978.
