Peter Weigelt
Peter Weigelt (born February 19, 1956 in St. Gallen ) is a Swiss entrepreneur and politician ( FDP ).
Life
Weigelt was a member of the St. Gallen City Council from 1988 to 1990 and a member of the Cantonal Council of St. Gallen from 1990 to 1996 . In the elections of October 22, 1995 , he was elected to the National Council and was there until September 15, 2006.
Peter Weigelt, who is entitled to reside in St. Gallen, is married and has three children. His daughter Karin Weigelt played for the Swiss national handball team and is also politically active. He had a major in the military .
