Petrivske ( Ukrainian Петрівське ; Russian Петровское Petrowskoje ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kharkiv with about 3,200 inhabitants (2014).

Petrivske was founded in 1731 and is the administrative center of the district council of the same name , which also includes the villages Zavgorodnje ( Завгороднє ) with about 650 inhabitants and Berestjanky ( Берестянки ) with about 15 inhabitants.

Petrivske is located in the south of the Balaklija district on the bank of the Siverskyi Donets about 130 km southeast of the Kharkiv oblast center and 40 km south of the Balaklija district center . The Dnepr-Donbass Canal ends 5 kilometers downstream .
