Pezinské Karpaty

The Pezinské Karpaty (German about "Bösinger Karpaten") are one of the middle sections of the Little Carpathians , a mountain range located in Slovakia . The town of Pezinok (Bösing) gives its name to this mountain range . It is bounded by the valley of the river March in the west and the Danube lowlands in the east. In the south and north are the Devínske Karpaty and the Brezovské Karpaty , i.e. H. other parts of the Little Carpathians. Important localities in the area are the city of Bratislava in the south and the municipality of Buková in the north. In the Pezinské Karpaty, the Little Carpathians reach their highest peak with the Záruby (767.4 m).
