The rectory in Waal , a market town in the Ostallgäu district in the Bavarian administrative district of Swabia , was built in 1774. The rectory at Ritter-von-Herkomer-Strasse 25, northeast of the Catholic parish church of St. Anna , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey mansard hipped roof building has six to four window axes . Some of the windows are only painted on.
