The Roman Catholic parish church Annaberg im Lammertal is located in Annaberg im Lammertal in the municipality of Annaberg-Lungötz in the Hallein district in the state of Salzburg . The parish church of St. Anna belongs to the dean's office in Hallein in the archdiocese of Salzburg . The church is a listed building .

history

The parish church incorporated into St. Peter's Abbey stands in the center of the village on a narrow valley step. The cemetery connects to the south. The church was built from 1750 to 1752 according to the plans of the master builder Johann Ernst von Keutschach and in 1903 elevated to the status of a parish church. Restorations were from 1951 to 1955 and 1968.

architecture

The simple church building has a gable roof, a retracted apse with a straight end and a circumferential hollow. The west facade with the gable carries a gable turret with a tent roof. The portal has a porch with a staircase.

The interior is a three-week hall building with a two-storey west gallery, a flat ceiling with wide stitch caps. The walls are divided by a pilaster with heavily profiled fighters. The north wall of the choir has an oratory window above the sacristy portal.

The baroque altar structures were created by Josef Krimpacher (1752). The high altar shows the altar sheet Anna Maria teaching to read and the upper picture with the Holy Trinity by Franz Xaver König and carries the console figures of Saints Andrew and James the Elder , in the essay Saint Peter by the sculptor Johann Georg Hitzl . The baroque figure of St. Paul on the right in the essay is from the second half of the 17th century. In the apex of the high altar are the coats of arms of two abbots from the St. Peter seat in Salzburg. On the baroque tabernacle are two putti by Hans Waldburger  (1620).

The left side altar shows the miraculous image of Mühlrein (copy) by Franz Xaver König (1752) on the altar sheet and St. Benedict from the middle of the 18th century in the upper image and bears the console figures of Saints Blasius and Rupert , and Saints Martin and in the top Wolfgang from the middle of the 18th century. The right side altar shows the altarpiece of St. John of Nepomuk from the second half of the 18th century and the upper image of St. Joseph of Francis Xavier King (1752) and carries the Konsolfiguren the Holy Virgil and vital , in the essay the Holy Nicholas and Ulrich from the middle of the 18th century and oval pictures with guardian angels and the archangel Raphael and a figure of the Sacred Heart of Jesus from the 19th century.

The pulpit from the 18th century bears the figure of Christ as the Good Shepherd around 1780 and console figures of the weather saints John and Paul from the late 18th century. In the nave there are the console figures of Saints Joseph , Margareta and Florian, Vincent and Leonhard . The Stations of the Cross are from 1753.

The organ was built in 1869 by Johann Nepomuk Mauracher . In 1951 the organ was rebuilt by Dreher and Reinisch . The organ bears the figures of Saints Benedict and Scholastica from the mid-18th century.

The copy of a treasury mother of Mariazell from the 18th century is in safekeeping.
