Hans Waldburger (* around 1570 in Innsbruck , Tyrol ; † before August 12, 1630 in Salzburg ) was an Austrian sculptor and representative of Mannerism .

Hans Waldburger was born the son of the Innsbruck sculptor Hans Leonhard Waldburger (1543–1622). The sculptors Alexander Colin and Hubert Gerhard, who worked in Innsbruck, influenced him artistically . He was called to Salzburg by Archbishop Wolf Dietrich von Raitenau . His late work from 1619, which stands at the transition from the late Renaissance to the early Baroque, is of particular importance. He was the guardian and teacher of the sculptor Jakob Gerold (* 1602, † around 1680).
