The Riedberg parish church is located in the municipality of Ried im Innkreis in Upper Austria . The Roman Catholic parish church Dreifaltigkeit belongs to the deanery Ried im Innkreis in the diocese of Linz .

history

The Tyrolean Capuchin Province pursued the establishment of a St. Franziskus student residence and the takeover of a new parish for the Riedbergsiedlung that was newly created after the Second World War . The church was rebuilt in 1955/56 according to plans by the Rieder builder Paul Fellner . On November 6, 1955, the foundation stone was laid with Bishop Franz Zauner . On September 29, 1956, Bishop Franz Zauner consecrated the Church of the Most Holy Trinity. In 1964 the branch church became a branch church and from 1964 to 1966 the parsonage and parish hall were built. In 1986 the Order of the Oblates of St. Francis de Sales the parish. In 1999 the church was renovated.

Furnishing

The pictures of the apostles by the painter Franz Paul Lofferer (1795) were transferred here from the parish church in Ried im Innkreis . The way of the cross with six bronze relief panels was created by the sculptor Peter Dimmel (1985).

The organ with 19 registers was built by Orgelbau Pirchner Steinach am Brenner (1969).
