Parish Church Rudersdorf

The Roman Catholic parish church Rudersdorf in the center of the municipality Rudersdorf ( Hungarian : Radafalva ) in the Jennersdorf district in Burgenland is dedicated to St. Florian and belongs to the Jennersdorf dean's office .

The current church was built in 1862. In 1928 it was elevated to a parish church. A renovation took place in 1975.

Architecture and equipment

The church is a simple hall structure. It has a single nave and a retracted semicircular apse .

The tower in the north of the building has a pointed helmet.

The nave is three-bay and has narrow transverse vaults between straps that rest on pilasters .

The interior is neo-Romanesque and dates from the end of the 19th century.
