Pfenning Logistics is a logistics company based in Heddesheim in the Rhein-Neckar district in Baden-Württemberg .
It specializes in warehouse management, trade logistics and transport . In 2018, the company employed 3,300 people at 90 locations in Germany . The fleet includes around 650 vehicles.
The company was founded by Johann Pfenning in 1932 as a transport business for milk cans and is still family-owned. In 2013 the headquarters were relocated from Viernheim to Heddesheim . With an investment volume of 100 million euros, a new company headquarters and a logistics center were built on an area of 20 hectares . The company is currently building another "multicube rheinhessen" logistics center in Monsheim near Worms, which is due to go into operation at the end of 2018.
