Phil Vinall

Phil Vinall is a British music producer and engineer .

Life

He began his career as an engineer for performers such as A Flock of Seagulls , Mark Knopfler and XTC . In the early 90s he produced bands like The Auteurs , Pulp and Gene . He produced the placebo singles "Nancy Boy", "Pure Morning" and "Every You Every Me".

Vinall has been traveling to Mexico for several years , where in 2007 he was nominated for best producer for the work on the best alternative album by the band Zoe at the South American Grammy's.
