At the club from Stockholm he also worked as an assistant coach and was involved in youth work.

In 2007 Dejworek returned to Salon Vilpas in Finland, was the team's head coach, where he temporarily acted as a player-coach. He led the club to promotion to the Finnish first division in 2009. For the 2010/11 season he took over the coaching position at the Danish top club Bakken Bears , which, under Dejworek's leadership, were Danish champions in 2011 and 2012 and cup winners in 2011.
