Philip Krömer

Philip Krömer (* 1988 in Amberg ) is a German author and publisher .

Life

Philip Krömer grew up in Amberg, Bavaria. He studied book studies and German at the University of Erlangen . In 2015 he won the taz audience award at the Berlin literature competition open mike with his story one of the other , in which the Austrian poet HC Artmann meets the mass murderer Fritz Haarmann . Also in 2015 he was one of the four founders of homunculus Verlag . His debut novel Ymir or: From the Hirnschale der Himmel was published in 2016. The short story volume Ein Vogel ist ein nicht in Topalian & Milani Verlag followed in 2019 . Philip Krömer is co-editor of the literary magazine Seitenstechen . He is the father of two sons and lives in Erlangen.
