Philip Stenmalm (born March 3, 1992 in Växjö , Sweden ) is a Swedish handball player .

The 2.00 m tall and 96 kg heavy left backcourt player began playing handball at Växjö HF . In 2011 he moved to the Elitserien at HK Drott Halmstad (back number 3). In the 2012/13 season he was Swedish champion. He then took part in the group stage of the EHF Champions League 2013/14 . Despite the contract until 2015, he moved to the Spanish league ASOBAL for the runner-up CB Ciudad de Logroño for the 2014/15 season . In summer 2016 he joined the Danish first division club KIF Kolding . In the 2018/19 season he was under contract with the French club Pays d'Aix UC . He then moved to the Polish first division club Wisła Płock .

With the Swedish national junior team, Philip Stenmalm was U19 European champion in 2011 and U21 world champion in 2013 , where he was named Most Valuable Player . In the Swedish national team he made his debut on January 10, 2013 against the Czech Republic . He took part in the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . So far, he has played 45 international matches in which he scored 61 goals.
