Philipp Bertram (born April 20, 1991 in Dresden ) is a German politician and member of the Berlin House of Representatives ( Die Linke ).

Bertram grew up in Dresden and studied economics at the Free University of Berlin from 2011 to 2013 without a degree . In August 2015, Bertram was one of the founders of the Berlin refugee aid campaign "Voluntary Help". Until November 30, 2016, Bertram initially worked as the deputy head of the initial reception facility in the former Wilmersdorf town hall , where he was most recently in charge of the volunteering and integration department.

In Berlin , Bertram was involved in the regional association Die Linke Berlin, among other things, as spokesman for the state work group Queer and as a member of the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district board . In the election for the Berlin House of Representatives in 2016 , he initially ran unsuccessfully in the constituency of Tempelhof-Schöneberg 7 ( Lichtenrade ) and placed 26th on the state list. On February 1, 2017, he replaced Senator Katrin Lompscher in the House of Representatives. In the parliamentary group Die Linke in the House of Representatives, Bertram is the spokesman for sport.
