Philip Christopher

Philipp Christopher Wolter (* 1980 in Berlin ) is a German actor , director and film producer .

Life

Philipp Christopher was born in Berlin-Frohnau and moved to Brooklyn , New York City in 1998 . There he studied film at the School of Visual Arts and acted in several films, including several short films. Among other awards, he received the award for best film at the Athens Film Festival in 2010 for the short film The Bridge .

In 2013 he worked alongside Mila Kunis and Clive Owen on Blood Ties . In 2014, he moved back to Berlin-Charlottenburg for his role as David Brenner on the daily soap Good Times, Bad Times .

On November 13, 2015, he and his wife, American actress Michelle Glick, became parents to a boy. Together, the couple runs the production company for (advertising) films called FilmGym .

Since shooting for the Origin series in Cape Town , South Africa , Philipp Christopher has been involved in the Communitykidsspot association , a kind of day care center for children from the township , who are looked after and cooked there.
