Philipp Röppnack (born November 21, 1989 in Jena ) is a German soccer player .

Career

Röppnack went through the entire youth team in the junior division of FC Carl Zeiss Jena and was promoted to the second team in summer 2008. The defender made his professional debut in the 3rd division against Rot Weiss Ahlen on September 18, 2010 , when he came on for the injured Moses Sichone in the 9th minute . In the 2011/12 season he was back on the squad of the second team. After 17 years with FC Carl Zeiss Jena, he left the club on June 24, 2012 and moved to VFC Plauen . On January 9, 2013 Röppnack dissolved his two-year contract with VfC Plauen and returned to Jena. The Philipp Röppnack club is also no longer available. As the VFC announced, Röppnack asked to terminate his contract. He will return to Jena to continue his studies. On January 15, 2013, he signed a contract with the upper division FC Einheit Rudolstadt and will continue to study in Jena.

Private

He has been studying at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena since 2009 , but paused from his studies due to a move to Plauen. After terminating his contract in Plauen in January 2013, he resumed his studies.
