Philipp Schwartzkopff
Philipp Schwartzkopff (born October 21, 1858 in Magdeburg ; † May 30, 1914 at Konbrutz Castle ) was a German administrative lawyer.
Philipp Schwartzkopff studied law and received his doctorate for Dr. iur. He was real. Go Government Councilor and Ministerial Director in the Prussian Ministry of Culture . There he was deputy chairman of the Prussian settlement commission . From 1911 to 1914 he was President of the Province of Poznan .
