Philippe Georget
Philippe Georget (born August 27, 1963 in Épinay-sur-Seine ) is a French journalist and detective writer .
Live and act
Georget went to Nicaragua at the age of twenty and helped build a school. After returning to France, he studied history and journalism and graduated in 1988. He then worked for Radio France and Guide du routard , a travel guide for backpackers . He later worked for regional TV in Orléans as a cameraman, editor and presenter. In 2001 he circled most of the Mediterranean with his wife and child in a motor home. He then settled in Perpignan and began writing detective novels. His stories mainly take place in northern French Catalonia around Perpignan.
