Pia Carina Hansen (born September 25, 1965 in Ignaberga ) is a former Swedish sports shooter .

successes

Pia Hansen competed in shooting competitions in the disciplines of trap and double trap . In 1999 she was runner-up in the double trap in Tampere and celebrated her first international success. She took part in the Olympic Games twice: in 2000 she was eighth in the trap in Sydney , while in the double trap she was first and thus Olympic champion with 148 points . At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens , Hansen finished both competitions on a shared ninth place. At the European Championships she won the title in Nicosia in 2004 in double trap, in Poussan she took silver in double trap in 1999 as well as in 2001 in Zagreb . There were also three bronze medals in 2000 and 2002 in double trap and 2004 in trap.

Hansen competed for the Hässleholmsortens JSK . She is divorced and has one child.
