Pierre-Alain Gentil
Pierre-Alain Gentil (born July 12, 1952 in Lausanne , entitled to reside in Delémont and La Sagne , † September 23, 2008 ) was a Swiss politician ( SP ).
His political career began in 1989-1993 as a council and was then in the city executive of Delémont as mayor . From 1982 to 1992 Gentil had a seat in the Jura parliament and was vice-president of the SP parliamentary group. On December 4, 1995, he was elected to the Council of States and had a seat there until December 2, 2007.
He lived separately and had one child.
