Pierre Abattucci (born May 20, 1871 in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean , † December 20, 1942 in Ixelles ) was a Belgian landscape and portrait painter and etcher.

Abattucci was born to Jacques Abattucci and Petronille Senders. He married Catherine Louise de Mesmaeker.

As a student of the painter François Stroobant at the School of Decorative Arts in Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, where he later became a teacher, he continued his training from 1892 to 1897 at the Académie royale des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles under Jean-François Portaels and Charles van der Stappen away.

He went on study trips to Italy in 1920 and 1922 . After his return he painted mostly melancholy, misty landscapes.

He participated in many art exhibitions in Belgium and abroad. On the Louisiana Purchase Exposition in 1904 in the United States , he was awarded a bronze medal.

Pierre Abattucci was a member of the Société des aquafortistes Belges and published etchings in the albums published by this association in 1901, 1903 and 1904. He also created bookplates, including one for the Belgian writer Sander Pierron.
