Pietro Vecchio (* 8. January 1982 in Offenburg ) is a multiple German kickboxing - world champion in the weight category to 83 kg for the World Kickboxing and Karate Union .
Life
In 2004 Pietro Vecchio started Thai boxing and kickboxing. In addition to Thai boxing / kickboxing, he also trained in the gym . Bodybuilding was his great passion. When he had to choose between the two sports, he chose martial arts . In 2005 he had his first fight in full contact kickboxing . He is a police officer by profession, which is why he had to take a break from active competition between 2009 and 2011. He now lives in Munich and trains in Stecko's Gym. His coaches are Mladen and Pavlica Steko and Zvonko Josipovic. In 2011 he became the amateur world champion in kickboxing ( WKA ) for the first time in Karlsruhe . Since 2013 he has been a professional world champion in the WKU world association . His world championship fights are held as part of the Steko's Fight Night . Broadcasts from Sat.1 and ran reach a large audience.
