The Pilwa ( Russian Пи́льва ) is a left tributary of the Kama in the Russian region of Perm .

The pilva arises in the extreme north of the Perm region from the confluence of its two source rivers -  Severnaya Pilwa ("Northern Pilwa", 42 km, from the left) and Yuzhnaya Pilwa ("Southern Pilwa", 41 km, from the right). The source rivers have their source across the border in the Komi Republic . The Pilwa flows in a southerly direction through a swampy terrain and finally flows into the upper reaches of the Kama.

The Pilwa has a length of 214 km. It drains an area of 2020 km². The mean discharge is 20 m³ / s. The Pilwa is usually covered with ice between the first half of October and the second half of April.

At least in the past, rafting was carried out on the Pilwa .
