Smile Pinki is an American documentary released in 2008.

Pinki is a 5 year old girl who lives in a village in the Mirzapur district of India . Pinki's family is poor, the girl herself has a cleft lip . Because of this, Pinki is cut by the other residents. The girl and the family do not know that simple surgery can help. Only the social worker Pankaj, who moves from village to village, explains to the family that patients can be operated on free of charge in the hospital in the city of Varanasi . The family goes on the journey.
