Piotr Krupa

Piotr Krupa (born June 19, 1936 in Braciejowa , Subcarpathian Voivodeship , Poland ) is auxiliary bishop emeritus in Pelplin .

Life

The auxiliary bishop in Breslau , Wilhelm Pluta , ordained him as a priest on May 14, 1961 .

Pope John Paul II appointed him titular bishop of Aquae Albae in Byzacena and auxiliary bishop in Koszalin-Kołobrzeg on February 18, 1984 . The Archbishop of Primate of Poland, Józef Cardinal Glemp , donated him the episcopal ordination on April 15 of the same year in Kolberg Cathedral ; Co- consecrators were Jerzy Stroba , Archbishop of Poznan , and Ignacy Ludwik Jeż , Bishop of Koszalin-Kołobrzeg .

On March 25, 1992 he was appointed auxiliary bishop in Pelplin. He was also vicar general of the diocese. On September 15, 2011, Pope Benedict XVI. his resignation request submitted for reasons of age.
