The Panthera is a four-seat, single-engine light aircraft produced by the Slovenian aircraft manufacturer Pipistrel .

history

The Panthera was presented in April 2012 at the AERO aviation trade fair in Friedrichshafen.

The 54-minute first flight took place on April 4, 2013 from Cerklje ob Krki airfield in Slovenia. In July 2014, Pipistrel published a video from the successful Trudel test.

Versions

At AERO 2015, Pipistrel presented the Hypstair project as a serial-hybrid drive system for small aircraft. Soil testing of the drive began in February 2016 in the cell of a Panthera .
