In mid-November 2013, Cancom SE submitted a voluntary public takeover offer to the shareholders of Pironet NDH, which was scheduled to run until December 16, 2013. At the end of June 2014, Cancom SE was assigned 78.1% of the Pironet shares.
In March 2015, the company's listing on the regulated market ended on its own application. The share will continue to be traded over the counter on the Hamburg Stock Exchange.
