Catholic branch church St. Michael

history

Pischelsdorf was first mentioned in a document in 957. The place name means something like "village of the bishop". The Scheyern monastery owned land in the village. The Catholic branch church of St. Michael is a plastered hall church with pilaster strips, retracted polygonal choir and northern choir flank tower with an octagonal tower and shingled onion dome and nave and choir with needle cap barrels, in the Baroque style around 1717. It was redesigned in the 18th century. Until 1828 Pischelsdorf was its own parish - which is also shown by the baptismal font from the 16th century.

Since 1818 Pischelsdorf was the seat of a rural community , which also included Lausham. On April 1, 1971, Pischelsdorf became part of the Reichertshausen community.
