In 1334 Reichertshausen Castle and possessions were sold to a member of the Pütrich patrician family from Munich . The buyer Ludwig Pütrich also received the closed court rights from Emperor Ludwig the Bavarian in 1347 and was raised to the nobility as Pütrich von Reichertshausen . The place Reichertshausen itself came into the possession of these Hofmarks. In 1497 and 1502, half of the property was sold by the last two descendants of the Pütrich von Reichertshausen to Hans von Pfeffenhausen . The next owners were from 1607 with Hanns Wolf von Weichs zu Steingriff the barons of Weichs .

In the course of the administrative reforms in Bavaria, today's municipality was created with the municipal edict of 1818 . The von Cetto family owned the patrimonial jurisdiction at that time. In 1848 the last court rights were revoked by a royal decree.
