The Piz Frisal is a 3291 m above sea level. M. high mountain in the Surselva north of Trun GR , Canton of Graubünden .
The Piz Frisal rises around 600 meters south of the Bifertenstock ( 3419 m above sea level ). It lies on a ridge between the Bifertenstock and the Brigels Horns ( 3251 m above sea level , Rhaeto-Romanic Cavistrau ) in the south. North of the summit form the Obere Frisallücke ( Barcun Frisal Sura ) at 3179 m above sea level. M. and south the lower Frisallücke ( Barcun Frisal Sut ) at 2805 m above sea level. M. Transitions over the ridge.
On the eastern slope of Piz Frisal is the Glatscher da Frisal, which is divided into two parts, and in the west of the Glatscher da Punteglias. The Val Frisal in the east is drained by the Flem .
