Building Planegger Strasse 21 in the Pasing district of Munich

The building at Planegger Strasse 21 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1902. The residential and commercial building on Planegger Strasse is a protected architectural monument .

The four-storey tenement house with a flat tent roof and central bay window in neo- baroque style was built on the site of a farm according to plans by the architect Georg Völkl. Georg Völkl built several villas in August-Exter-Strasse in the Pasing I villa colony .

According to the original plan, each floor had two apartments. A farm building with stables and hayloft was built behind the house.

The property belongs to the ensemble of the former town center Pasing .
