The August-Exter-Straße , named after the architect August Exter (1858-1933), is a street in the Munich district Pasing which from 1892 as part of the development of the villa colony Pasing I was created.

history

August-Exter-Straße begins on the north side of the Pasing train station and runs northeast to Offenbachstraße. An existing path was used for the creation. Around 1895, under the direction of the August Exter office , a closed development with villas of medium-sized character began on both sides of the section north of Wensauerplatz . Since only a few new buildings were erected along the street in the course of the 20th century, especially in the area of Wensauerplatz, August-Exter-Strasse reflects the character of the villa district in the least disturbed way.
