The August-Exter-Strasse 30 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1895. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The house was built according to plans by August Exter's office . The narrow structure with tail gable and floor bay was greatly simplified during renovations. With the unequal house No. 28, which is not listed as an individual monument on the list of monuments, it was joined together to form a twin house .

In 1964, house number 30 was extended to the rear.
