House August-Exter-Straße 24 in the Pasing district of Munich

The August-Exter-Straße 24 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1896. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The house was built according to plans by August Exter's office . The Schopf hipped roof building with sloping corner bay and half-timbered application on the gable was extended to the rear in 1960.
