August-Exter-Strasse 21
The August-Exter-Strasse 21 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1897. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The house on the corner of Chopinstrasse was built according to plans by August Exter's office . In addition to the woodwork on the gable and the sloping corner bay , the extension with arbor and the round stair tower on the entrance side are characteristic.
The house belongs to a standardized type of architectural office that occurs twice in the Pasing villa colonies: Marschnerstrasse 33 and Fritz-Reuter-Strasse 18 .
The rear part of the villa with a transverse, curved gable was added in 1902 by the architect Georg Völkl .
