House August-Exter-Straße 9 in the Pasing district of Munich

The August-Exter-Strasse 9 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1910. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The cubic mansard roof was built according to plans by the architect Johann Bayer. The villa on the corner of Wensauerplatz (see Bismarckbrunnen (Pasing) ) shows on its main page a tripartite division of the upper floor with a niche in the middle of the balcony. The removal of the shutters and the replacement of the windows on the ground floor have changed the look of the house.
