The building at August-Exter-Straße 36 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built in 1910 and modified in 1923. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which belongs to the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The historicizing building was built by Bernhard Borst . The villa is a simple, skirted half- hipped roof building with a bay window . A garden house with a rounded end and a continuous ribbon of windows is attached to the gable side facing Offenbachstrasse. In 1923, the garden house was redesigned and extended to become an entrance hall.
