House August-Exter-Straße 34 in the Pasing district of Munich

The August-Exter-Straße 34 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1895. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The country house style house was built according to plans by August Exter's office . The wide villa with floor bay and double upper floor windows has a side extension. The house was changed in some details in the 20th century.
