House August-Exter-Straße 10 in the Pasing district of Munich

The August-Exter-Straße 10 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1912. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which belongs to the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .

The baroque house was built according to plans by the architect Georg Völkl . The cubic mansard roof has bay windows and a small entrance porch.
