August-Exter-Strasse 25
The August-Exter-Strasse 25 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built around 1895. The villa on August-Exter-Straße , which is part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The house was built according to plans by August Exter's office . The eaves Schopf walmdachbau with angled corner bay windows and wooden dormer is the unequal house no. 23 in a semi-detached house .
